MINIMUM ORDERS

Because we strive to be accessible to the small business owner, we offer a $150 minimum opening order (after discount) with a $50 minimum reorder. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERING

You can order via our website or via email. After we have your resell certificate, we will set up an account for you on our website. When you log into your account, you will see your discount applied in your cart at checkout.  You can also place an order via email at pagodapaper@gmail.com. We do not take orders via phone, text, or DM.

 RESELL RESTRICTIONS

We do not allow Pagoda Paper products to be sold on Etsy, Amazon, Faire (or other online wholesale market places), Ebay, and Facebook Marketplace. You can sale via your website and promote on Instagram/Facebook if the post links to Pagoda Paper products on your website.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY

We can provide you with images for your website. Because Pagoda Paper uses photography from different photographers, and we want to uphold copyright law, a few particular photos may not be used on your website or in your social media. These photos are usually from collaborations with social media influencers or other companies. Please contact us if you would like to use photos from our website/Instagram for your website and we can provide guidance.

PACKAGING

All of our orders are packaged in clear cellophane sleeves and/or shrink wrapped.

Flat note cards can be upgraded to a white box with a clear lid and folded note cards can be upgraded to a white box with a white lid. Boxes can come with an added ribbon/bow. Gift tags come with cotton strings and you can purchase ribbons as an add-on.

4 and 8 pack coasters are shrinkwrapped with an 8" loop bow. 16  and 20 sets of coasters come shrinkwrapped or you can purchase a box with a clear lid with an 8" loop bow separately as an add-on.

Gusseted cellophane bags and a blue and white striped bow are also available as an add-on to your order.

We also offer optional plastic free and eco-friendly shipping options. 


SHIPPING

We offer dropshipping to your customer or we can ship directly to you. Orders are shipped within 10-15 business days. Non personalized orders ship in 3-4 business days. All orders are shipped FedEx Ground or USPS. 

Expedited shipping and same day processing time is available.  

 

RUSH FEES

Same day processing is $50 (not including expedited, same day shipping). Orders must be placed before 12PM for same day processing. Proofs must be approved before 12PM for same day processing.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We only accept returns of personalized items in the case of defective merchandise.  Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Pagoda Paper within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise and shipped within 3-5 business days. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. These variations are not defects. 

We will accept returns of all non-personalized items.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed to pagodapaper@gmail.com within 24 hours. If you make any changes to your order after production has begun, there will be a 7 day delay added to the production of your order.

VIOLATION OF TERMS

If you violate terms, your account will be deactivated.
